Tucson, Arizona, May 30, 2011 March and rally from 9am to 3pm, followed by formal indoor meeting with speeches and additional memorial ceremonies into evening.

This is an urgent call-out to all Oath Keepers, all veterans, all patriotic police officers, all Americans who cherish our liberty and our Constitution, and to all liberty leaders and patriotic organizations to join us in Tucson, Arizona this Memorial Day, May 30, 2011 to take a stand in defense of our Constitution, which our war dead fought to defend, and to take a stand against the egregious policy of using SWAT teams to serve search warrants on veterans and gun owners with no violent criminal history.

As you may know, on May 5, 2011, a young 26 year old Marine veteran who had survived two tours in Iraq, and father of two, Jose Guereña, was killed in a SWAT raid in Tucson, Arizona (see below news articles for details). At approximately 9:30 am, two hours after he hit the rack after working a twelve hour graveyard shift at an Arizona mine, his wife woke him by yelling that there were men with guns outside (she had seen a man outside the window pointing a gun at her). The recent Indiana Supreme Court ruling against the US Constitution, rendering the Fourth Amendment null and void in that State by patently leftist activist judges, is only the latest unconscionable step in a series of actions designed to unravel each and every portion of the Bill of Rights. It is also one of the latest actions designed to compliment and enhance the already jack-booted Obama police State march into our States, our cities and homes. The revolution against government tyranny is underway in Texas, led by Alex Jones and hundreds of protestors who stormed the state capitol building today in protest over TSA tyranny. Late yesterday, the TSA threatened to turn Texas into a no-fly zone if it passed a law criminalizing inappropriate TSA pat-downs (i.e. sexual molestation by government thugs). At the State Capitol in Austin, hundreds of protestors tried to storm the public gallery but were stopped by state troopers who denied them entry. With chants of "Cowards!" and "Treason!" the group had earlier made its way into the House Chamber and protested there, then it continued on to the Senate chamber. Texas state senators pulled the bill from consideration after support for it collapsed in the wake of the TSA's thinly-veiled threat of economic terrorism: If Texas passed the bill, the TSA warned, it would conduct an economic blockade and deny all air travel to and from Texas airports.

Do you want your children and grandchildren to live in a futuristic "big brother" control grid where everything they do is watched, recorded, tracked and tightly controlled? Well, that is exactly where things are headed. We witnessed some really bad totalitarian regimes during the 20th century, but what is coming is going to be far more restrictive than any of the despots of the past ever dreamed was possible. Today, nearly every government on earth is tightening their grip on their citizens. Paranoia has become standard operating procedure all over the planet and nobody is to be trusted. Global politicians will give speeches about liberty and freedom even as they undermine them at every turn. There are very, very few nations on the planet where liberty and freedom are increasing. Instead, almost everywhere you turn the "control grid" is getting tighter. Governments don't want us gathering together and interacting with one another. Instead, they want us to work our tails off to support the system, they want us enslaved financially and constantly drowning in debt, and they want us addicted to television and other forms of entertainment.
