Thomas Paine was an author and one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. He is best known for the widely-read and influential pamphlet Common Sense (1776), advocating colonial America’s independence from Great Britain.

So effective was Paine in eliciting patriotic fervor that John Adams said “Without the pen of the author of Common Sense, the sword of Washington would have been raised in vain.”

Barack Hussein Obama has never been eligible for the presidency because he does not meet the requirements of natural born citizenship according to the Constitution i.e. someone born in the US of citizen parents at the time of birth.

Why is Trump asking where the birth certificate is when Obama has already admitted to not being a natural born citizen of the United States?

The Founders borrowed the term natural born citizen from the international treatise known as the Law of Nations, which appears in the U.S. Constitution under Article I and the enumerated powers of congress to enforce violations against the Law of Nations.

To be a natural born citizen of the United States, one must be the blood offspring of a father who was at the time of birth, a legal U.S. citizen. Emerich de Vattel wrote in 1758, the following definition of natural born citizen and every member of the U.S. Supreme Court know this definition well… it’s not at all complicated.

1) natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.
2) those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.
3) The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens
4) in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

To put it simply, America is nearing a checkmate scenario. Like the final torrid maneuvers of a rigged chess match, we have been pressed, manipulated, and attacked into the last remaining corner of the “grand global chessboard” left to us; centralized control of all social and economic power into the hands of an unworthy elite. If we continue playing the game by their rules, we will lose. There is no doubt. There have been many solutions presented to us in the past to combat this development, but nearly all of them function within the constraints of Federal politics. Working within the system has earned us no quarter, and frankly, no results. Our only recourse (and, frankly, the best recourse all along) is to STOP relying on the rules of their game, and to walk away from the chess board completely.

Globalization is essentially just another word for centralization, and the key to centralizing any system is to remove all options until the masses are completely and utterly dependent upon a single dominant paradigm. Globalists have deceived many Americans into believing that centralization is a “natural” process - that their game is indeed the only one in town. The widespread acceptance of the fiat monetary system is a perfect example of the average person’s unfortunate lack of economic flexibility. Only recently, in the face of dollar devaluation and complete financial collapse have many finally begun to question the legitimacy of a single brittle and corrupt economic structure. American politics are no different.

The elites have conned us into thinking that the only possible “solution” to where we are is federal elections, which only vote in new puppets for the puppet masters to manipulate in an illusory shell game. We have been tricked into thinking we are free because we come together from time to time to select our rulers.

But of course, this country was not founded as a democracy, but as a Constitutional Republic, and in such a Republic as ours, liberty is not just about “kicking the bums out” every few years only to vote a new set of bums into Congress, as the globalists would have us think. Federal elections are just one small part of it. The Founders intended us to be active, sovereign citizens, in strong communities and strong, sovereign states, and that is about far, far more than merely voting.

But because the globalists – with the aid of complicit domestic counterparts - have been able to capture our education system, our media, our political system, and our legal system, they have succeeded in dumbing us down and duping us into thinking that all other mechanisms for constraining power have been removed from the table. In fact, we have been convinced that all of the other fundamental institutions of our republic– aside from voting - are illegitimate, or even criminal.

The Founders gave us a dual sovereignty republic. That means states are as much sovereign within their sphere as the national government is within its sphere, with a national government of limited, enumerated, and divided powers. As our Tenth Amendment makes clear, “[t]he powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

In Federalist 45, James Madison (widely considered the ‘father of the Constitution”) promised the American people that:

The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government, are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.

Clearly the design of the Founders’ has been turned on its head. With the aid of complicit judges – which Thomas Jefferson called a “corps of sappers and miners” – who willfully misinterpret the Commerce Clause to grant Congress the power to regulate literally anything, we now have a ruling class who will admit of no restraints on national power with a national government of nearly unlimited de facto powers, grown like a metastasizing cancer far beyond the bounds of anything foreseen by even the most skeptical of Anti-Federalists from the Founding era. All actual, physical and structural powers of any real meaning – legislative, military, legal, law enforcement, and economic – are consolidated in the hands of the federal government. On top of this, they have grafted a hydra-like overlay of international law and international unelected agencies and untouchable international “officials” that are also being imposed up us by means of treaties, executive partnerships (such as the supposedly now defunct Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, now being revitalized by the Obama Administration) and other constitutionally dubious mechanisms.

While we are distracted with elections, they are planning the destruction of the dollar, the collapse of our economy, the final destruction of our sovereignty, and the total absorption of our entire system into the vapid body of an unaccountable global government.

This is why we must stop playing by their “rules,” must get off of their artificial chess board, and instead play by the rules of our Constitution. This means taking power into our own hands as individuals, communities, counties, and states.

The piece I wrote on the tragedy of Detroit, Michigan, originally published at NewsWithViews.com, on October 5, 2009. It has circulated around the Internet and over to Europe and Australia for the past two years.

At the time, Detroit had dropped from 1.85 million residents to a paltry 912,000 people. In the Denver Post last week, the U.S. Census report showed that Detroit declined further to 712,000 people. Unfortunately, an incredible percentage of them live on welfare. The city has been overrun with legal and illegal immigrants and features 90 percent minorities.

Egypt: Senior Muslim Brotherhood Leader Says They Want to Establish an Islamic State…

EGYPT — Mahmoud Ezzat, the Muslim Brotherhood’s deputy Supreme Guide, said in a forum held in the Cairo district of Imbaba on Thursday that the group wants to establish an Islamic state after it achieves widespread popularity through its Freedom and Justice Party. Meanwhile, Brotherhood leader Saad al-Husseiny, said at the forum that the group aims to apply Islamic legislation and establish Islamic rule. His remarks rattled the leaders of several political parties, who said the statements, which were at odds with the concept of a civil state, would worry liberals.

The Coptic Orthodox Church decided to suspend its dialogue with the group after additional Brotherhood leaders said it was seeking to implement Islamic Sharia and declare Egypt an Islamic state, church sources said. The sources said the Brotherhood is trampling over the principles of equality and citizenship, and that its rhetoric changed after the 25 January revolution to adopt the language of the toppled regime.

Al-Masry Al-Youm has learned that as a result of the controversy, the church abandoned its intention to invite the group’s leaders to attend Easter celebrations.

Anba Bassanti, bishop of Helwan and Maasara, gave church head Pope Shenouda III the prerogative to respond and declined to comment on the Brotherhood leaders’ remarks.

Meanwhile, Abdel Maseeh Baseet, the pastor of the Church of Saint Marie in Mostorod, said he was unsurprised to hear the statements, which he believes represents the Brotherhood’s true intentions. “This way of thinking is rejected both locally and internationally. The world is not ready for a Taliban-style state,” he said.

Of all the canards nurtured by liberals, perhaps the most corrosive is their persistent reference to income as “distributed” or “taken.”

What explains that bizarre mindset? It’s as if liberals believe in some sort of mystical, heartless roulette wheel in the sky that arbitrarily “distributes” cash from a massive pile to various powerless dependents.

But that isn’t how it works. Wealth isn’t “distributed.” It is earned. And if someone wants more of it, then nobody is stopping them from going out and actually earning it instead of wailing that they want more “distributed” to them.

Of course, the entire fallacy serves a dual role for liberals. It simultaneously clouds their understanding of basic economic principles, while also serving as a tool to advance their grievance agenda. The Obama nativity scavenger hunt continues to capture the attention of many citizens here in the US, as well as abroad, but what is flying under the radar, and cannot be disputed, is Obama’s use of a Social Security Number (SSN) issued in the spring of 1977 with it first appearing on his Selective Service Registration of which he applied on September 4, 1980. There are serious problems with this SSN with the first being it appears to have been originally assigned to another individual born in 1890, and secondly, when verified using several Social Security Administration verifying databases it is rejected as “NOT FOUND IN THE SOCIAL SECURITY INDEX” and finally it is a Connecticut issued SSN; a state in which Obama was not living in at the age of 15. This SSN has been tied to Obama’s State Senate and US Senate offices and his private residents, as well as land line phone numbers since coming stateside to attend Occidental College in California.

Now that Donald Trump has crowned himself a “birther” he too is making it abundantly clear to any and all who will dare listen that the digital Certification of Live Birth (COLB) is meaningless, because it is and always has been, but he needs to widen his scope of interest to include the oddities permeating around the President’s Social Security Number. For nearly two years now, the SSN peculiarities have percolated just below the dubious Certification of Live Birth, and it it has yet to bubble up to the top as being more significant in undoing the fabricated tale Bill Ayers wove together in Obama’s two autobiographies.

My name is Jim Chilton. I am a 5th generation Arizona rancher. My address is Box 423, 17691 W. Chilton Ranch Road, Arivaca, Arizona 85601. Arivaca is approximately 55 miles southwest of Tucson, Arizona in native mesquite and oak grassland grazed for over 300 years since the explorer priest Fr. Kino brought cattle ranching to the area. The north end of our 50,000-acre ranch is adjacent to the town of Arivaca. The ranch continues south to the international border with Mexico. The ranch includes private property, State School Trust land, three federal grazing permits within the Coronado National Forest and a private land farm.

We have been in the cattle business in Arizona for over 125 years preserving our western ranching customs, culture and heritage dating back to our pioneering ancestors who settled in Arizona Territory in the 1880’s. Our multi-generational responsibility has given us a long-term view of the necessity to be excellent stewards of the grasslands and water resources we respectfully manage in Arizona. The Arizona Cattle Growers’ Association presented me with the Cattleman of the Year award in 2002.

However, we are challenged by the fact that 4 miles of the southern boundary of our ranch is the international border. The border is not signed or marked and consists of a five-strand barbed wire fence similar to most ranch fences. Our ranch house and headquarters are located 19 miles from the border. We have been burglarized twice by drug packers on their way back to Mexico. Our losses have been great and our sense of security in our own country has been severely damaged. Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona has shown himself to be a vigilant fighter against illegal immigration and border crime. And two weeks ago, he launched his own air campaign against illegal immigrants and drug criminals, The New York Times reports.

Sheriff Joe has formed what he calls his own air force — 30 private planes that scope out illegal immigrants and drug smugglers. His name for the effort: Operation Desert Sky. Private pilots already have started flying over central Arizona on reconnaissance missions for Sheriff Joe’s deputies.

The air defense hasn’t sparked any arrests yet, but Sheriff Joe says it will act as a deterrent. “The president may have a no-fly zone over Libya, but there will never be a no-fly zone over my area,” Sheriff Joe told The Times. “That’s a good line, isn’t it?”

Radiation levels have risen dramatically in seawater near the stricken Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan, sparking fears of a new leak, according to the country’s government.

The announcement came ahead of a fresh 5.9-magnitude earthquake that hit the Kanto region, in the eastern part of the country on Saturday morning.

Ironically the new quake hit hours after the country’s nuclear safety agency ordered plant operators to beef up their quake alert systems to prevent a recurrence of the previous nuclear crisis.

There were no reports of damage from the earthquake, and there was no risk of a tsunami similar to the one that struck the Fukushima Dai-ichi plant.

Since the earthquake and tsunami of March 11 knocked out the nuclear plant’s cooling systems, workers have been spraying massive amounts of water on the overheated reactors.  Read More

With the war in Libya set only to expand, the precedent of attacking a sovereign nation based on unverified reports, to then assist foreign funded, armed insurrection is already being used to lay the groundwork for a similar campaign against Syria. The “Libyan Precedent” was already an articulated doctrine within the corporate-financier think-tanks long before Joe Lieberman and Nicolas Sarkozy began parroting it in speeches and interviews.

In a February 26, 2011 Brookings Institute report titled, “Libya’s Test of the New International Order,” the intervention in Libya was described as “a test that the international community has to pass.” Failure would “shake further the faith of the people’s region in the emerging international order and the primacy of international law.” Succeeding, the report would go on to say, would “demonstrably draw a line in the sand to deter other Arab autocrats who resort to attacking their people rather than dialogue and genuine reforms.” Of course by reforms, Brookings means integration into the “international system” its corporate-financier sponsorship lords over.

In late March after bombing began in Libya, Sarkozy of France would echo Brookings’ sentiments stating, “Every ruler should understand, and especially every Arab ruler should understand that the reaction of the international community and of Europe will from this moment on each time be the same: we will be on the side of peaceful protesters who must not be repressed with violence.” He would go on to say there is a “new post-UNSC 1973 model of “world governance.”"  Read More

This past week, we were seeing the effect of a tipping point in process, with gold prices rising to new all time highs day after day, and the price of silver literally moving in a parabolic fashion. What was missing was the cause. We now know what it is: per Bloomberg: “The University of Texas Investment Management Co., the second-largest U.S. academic endowment, took delivery of almost $1 billion in gold bullion and is storing the bars in a New York vault, according to the fund’s board.” And so, the game theory of a nearly 100 year old system of monetary exchange has seen its first defector, but most certainly not last. With an entity as large as the University of Texas calling the bluff of the Comex, the Chairman, and fiat in general in roughly that order, virtually every other asset manager is now sure to follow, considering there is not nearly enough physical gold to satisfy all paper gold in existence by a factor of about 100x.
