Levin: We are fighting a soft tyranny that is trying to break our spirit
Posted by The Right Scoop on Mar 10, 2011 in Politics
Levin describes with great accuracy what we are up against right now as we fight to save our country:
"We are now up against a force that is demanding that we the people voluntarily enslave ourselves to more taxes, to more government, and to more debt. And this force is trying to break our will. It is trying to break our spirit. It is trying to establish in any way it can a permanent rearrangement of society."

Obama Calling Tea Party Racist Reveals A Far More Disturbing Reality
"President Obama is slandering millions of decent hard working Americans who simply disagree with his progressive/socialist agenda."
American Thinker
March 10, 2011
By Lloyd Marcus
Please consider the validity of what I am about to say rather than having a knee jerk reaction dismissing it as being "over the top." Folks, we have an irresponsible egocentric evil man occupying the Oval Office.
The Democrats and the liberal mainstream media sold the American people on Obama, "the man." Despite Obama's zero experience at running anything, they said a leader with his spirit and heart was "what we have been waiting for".
Fearful of criticizing our first black president, politicians politely say, "President Obama's policies have been unfruitful," while ignoring the huge elephant in America's living room.
The elephant of which I speak and America's major problem is "Obama, the man"; socialist, divisive and evil.
My dad says a snake can stay under water a very long time just like a fish. But eventually, it must come up for air. Why? Because, it is not a fish. It is a snake. Obama continues to come up for air revealing his true self. Read More
US farmers fear the return of the Dust Bowl
America's breadbasket aquifer running dry; massive agriculture collapse inevitable
March 10, 2011
By Mike Adams
It's the largest underground freshwater supply in the world, stretching from South Dakota all the way to Texas. It's underneath most of Nebraska's farmlands, and it provides crucial water resources for farming in Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and even New Mexico. It's called the Ogallala Aquifer, and it is being pumped dry.
See the map of this aquifer here: http://www.naturalnews.com/images/O...
Without the Ogallala Aquifer, America's heartland food production collapses. No water means no irrigation for the corn, wheat, alfalfa and other crops grown across these states to feed people and animals. And each year, the Ogallala Aquifer drops another few inches as it is literally being sucked dry by the tens of thousands of agricultural wells that tap into it across the heartland of America.
This problem with all this is that the Ogallala Aquifer isn't being recharged in any significant way from rainfall or rivers. This is so-called "fossil water" because once you use it, it's gone. And it's disappearing now faster than ever.
In some regions along the aquifer, the water level has dropped so far that it has effectively disappeared -- places like Happy, Texas, where a once-booming agricultural town has collapsed to a population of just 595. All the wells drilled there in the 1950's tapped into the Ogallala Aquifer and seemed to provide abundant water at the time. But today the wells have all run dry. Read More

Day Of Rage: Saudi Arabia In Veiled Threat To US
"The global elite are trying desperately to engineer a geopolitical climate that will sustain high oil prices. Chaos and instability in the region is the perfect cocktail to achieve this agenda."
Wednesday, March 9, 2011
By Paul Joseph Watson
As the world braces itself for Saudi Arabia’s “day of rage” on Friday, which many fear could be the spark that sends oil prices soaring to beyond the $200 a barrel mark, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal issued a veiled threat to the United States, warning that the Kingdom was prepared to “cut foreign fingers” in the event of any outside interference.
The “day of rage” was been organized by Saudi youths using a Facebook page that has attracted over 17,000 members. A message posted on the page also called for a “Saudi Revolution” demanding democratic and political reform on March 20.
48 hours ahead of the first protest, Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal issued a stern message to outsiders who saw the demonstrations as an opportunity to advance geopolitical plans against the oil-rich country.
Claiming the protests violated, “The Koran and the way of the Prophet,” Faisal vowed that the Kingdom would “cut off” any accusing finger of foreign nations who condemned the government’s response to the Shiite protests, which is expected to be brutal. Read More

Soros: Communist Chinese Model Of Order May Become “The Envy Of The World”
“Western democracies provide less successful leadership than China”
March 9, 2011
By Steve Watson
Billionaire investor George Soros has once again cited China’s dictatorship as the model for the rest of the world in a speech at an elite gathering in Europe.
Soros told the exclusive Travellers Club, that “China’s model of state capitalism, in which the interests of the individual are subordinated to those of the government, poses a danger if its example becomes“the envy of the world.”
“Perfect order and global governance are not realistic expectations.” Soros was reported to have said at the elite gentleman’s meeting in Paris.
“However, it is a sad fact that Western democracies provide less successful leadership than China.” he continued.
Soros is clearly imagining a world in which freedom has all but vanished, given that he believes anyone in Europe or the US could ever envy life in China.
Soros has repeatedly stated that he sees China as the model for a new financial world order, replacing the U.S., slowing economic growth and reducing living standards.
Soros has characterized the United States as a drag on the global economy because of the declining dollar, adding that a new global currency is required in the form of IMF special drawing rights – paper bonds printed by the global regulatory body.
He has also described gold as “the ultimate bubble”, advising against investing in it, while privately doubling his own gold holdings. Read More

How To End the Federal Reserve System
"How could we get rid of the Federal Reserve? What will replace it?" The answer: either the free market or Congress."
March 9, 2011
By Gary North
Things are not always as complicated as they seem. With respect to the Federal Reserve System, it is a deliberate mystery. It was deliberately designed in 1910 to deceive the public, who were opposed the idea of a central bank. The conspirators who met on Jekyll Island in November 1910 knew this. They did good work from their point of view. They concealed the beast.
The general public today knows little about the FED. Prior to Ron Paul’s Presidential run in 2007-8, far fewer people understood it.
I have been asked: “How could we get rid of the Federal Reserve? What will replace it?” The answer: either the free market or Congress.
People who think of themselves as free market people often are not. The tax-funded public schools and the state-regulated and accredited university faculties have taught that the modern system of intrusive civil government is necessary for an orderly society. People cannot imagine a market-based society.
There is an old saying, “You can’t beat something with nothing.” But the free market social order is not nothing. It is expanding around the world, which is why the world is getting richer.
At the Federal level, a free market social order in banking existed prior to 1914. That was back when the dollar was worth over 20 times what it is worth today. On this point, see the inflation calculator of the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
We can go back to that system. We will go back to it. The question is: When? The other question is: At what price? Read More

Levin goes nuclear on Republican leadership
Levin expresses my total frustration better than anyone!
Posted by The Right Scoop on Mar 8, 2011
Levin says that Republicans are doing way too little in the way of spending and blames the leadership for being more interested in power than the future of the country. One of his big issues that he talks about is the fact that Michele Bachmann has uncovered over 100 billion that is currently being used to fund ObamaCare’s implementation, that was hidden in the ObamaCare legislation for this purpose. But instead of removing it with the recent CR (Continuing Resolution), they don’t even address it. Levin can’t believe they would allow Obama to continue to create this humongous entitlement when they have the chance to kill it.
Levin says it’s time for the freshmen Republicans to rise up and let their voices be heard.

Washington D.C. Has Become A Cesspool
25 Bizarre Examples That Show That The U.S. Government Is Absolutely Brimming With Idiots, Incompetents And Incredibly Corrupt Politicians
End of the American Dream
March 8, 2011
If our founding fathers could see us today, what would they think? Unfortunately, they would probably come to the exact same conclusion that so many of us have come to - the U.S. government is absolutely brimming with idiots, incompetents and incredibly corrupt politicians. Today it is very rare to come across a politician that still has any integrity left. Washington D.C. has become such a cesspool that it seems to corrupt even most of the politicians that originally go there with good intentions. We have created the most complicated government in the history of the world and we have hundreds of thousands of pages of laws, and yet nothing seems to work right. Our economy is dying, our relationships with the rest of the world are a mess and we have accumulated the largest debt in the history of mankind. Meanwhile, our politicians openly hand out our money to their friends and to those that have donated money to their campaigns and they waste our money on some of the stupidest things imaginable. Have we now gotten to the point where our system of government has become so corrupted that it is almost impossible to repair it? Read More

Denial of the existence of Objective Truth & Fixed Principles
Progressive Education & Bad Philosophy Corrupted The People & Undermined U.S. Constitution
Publius Huldah
3/6/2011
Throughout human history, the prevailing belief system changes from time to time & place to place; most people unthinkingly absorb whatever happens to be the prevailing dogma of their time & place. Here, I will show the radical differences between the philosophy of our Founding Era and the philosophy of today. And when I have done so, you will understand why our Country is declining and what you can do about it. In a nutshell, the Enlightenment philosophy of our Founding Era, which was based on Reason and the recognition of the existence of Fixed Principles, was taken away from us; and replaced with the subjective philosophies of Pragmatism & Existentialism, both of which reject Reason and deny the existence of Objective Truth & Fixed Principles. These are now the prevailing dogma of our Time; and unless we promptly repudiate them, we will fall.
Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, & John Jay (authors of The Federalist Papers), and others at the Federal Convention of 1787, embodied the best aspects of The Age of Enlightenment. They were well educated, exquisitely knowledgeable in statecraft & political philosophy, embraced the concepts of Objective Reality & Fixed Principles, knew Logic, and could think. George Washington, a man renowned for his Moral Character, which was based on Judeo-Christian ideals, presided over the Convention. Read More
