A LETTER FROM A PROCTER AND GAMBLE EXECUTIVE TO THE PRESIDENT*
THE LAST SENTENCE IS THE MOST CHILLING
Lou Pritchett is one of corporate America ‘s true living legends- an acclaimed author, dynamic teacher and one of the world’s highest rated speakers. Successful corporate executives everywhere recognize him as the foremost leader in change management.. Lou changed the way America does business by creating an audacious concept that came to be known as “partnering.” Pritchett rose from soap salesman to Vice-President, Sales and Customer Development for Procter and Gamble and over the course of 36 years, made corporate history.
AN OPEN LETTER TO
PRESIDENT OBAMA
Dear President Obama:
You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike any of the others, you truly scare me.
You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you.
You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support.
You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.
You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.
You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus don’t understand it at its core.
You scare me because you lack humility and ‘class’, always blaming others.
You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail..
You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the ‘blame America ‘ crowd and deliver this message abroad.
You scare me because you want to change America to a European style country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.
You scare me because you want to replace our health care system with a government controlled one.
You scare me because you prefer ‘wind mills’ to responsibly capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.
You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of living in the world.
You scare me because you have begun to use ‘extortion’ tactics against certain banks and corporations.
You scare me because your own political party shrinks from challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals.
You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider opposing points of view from intelligent people.
You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both omnipotent and omniscient.
You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything you do.
You scare me because you demonize and want to silence the Limbaugh’s, Hannity’s, O’Reillys and Becks who offer opposing, conservative points of view.
You scare me because you prefer controlling over governing.
Finally, you scare me because if you serve a second term I will probably not feel safe in writing a similar letter in 8 years.
Lou Pritchett

This letter was sent to the NY Times but they never acknowledged it. Big surprise. Since it hit the internet, however, it has had over 500,000 hits. Keep it going. All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing. It’s happening right now.*

America's First Anarchist President
June 19, 2012
Amercan Thinker
President Obama's executive order suspending deportation of illegal immigrants shows that his legal principles (for lack of a better term since he seems devoid of any identifiable ones) and ideology suit him better to head the anarchist Occupy Wall Street movement than to be President of the United States.
Not long ago he said he lacked the legal authority for this unilateral act because of laws on the books. In one stroke of the pen, however, he showed he's not just a progressive tyrant and lawbreaker, but an anarchist too. He fits with the amorphous, confused, coercive, reactionary and largely lawless ideology of the #Occupy movement.
The inconsistency of his action versus his prior statement indicates that he simply doesn't care how he achieves his agenda. His vision of legal restraints is consistent with the anarchist Occupy philosophy, including, "[t]he refusal to accept the legitimacy of the existing legal order." Read More
Lanai may be sold by end of week
June 19, 2012
The Maui News
The island of Lanai could be under new ownership by the end of the week, according to Mayor Alan Arakawa.
Lanai's billionaire owner, David Murdock, put the island up for sale late last year. Arakawa said he's been kept in the loop on potential offers, and negotiations with a serious buyer seem close.
"They currently have someone that is interested, and I'm pretty sure that, one way or the other, the sale will close fairly soon," Arakawa said. "There may be something that happens by the end of this week, if it goes through."
The asking price is reportedly between $500 million and $600 million. Read More

MUST WATCH: Sen. Marco Rubio’s speech at Faith and Freedom Coalition conference
The Right Scoop.com
"I can’t begin to tell you how moving I found this speech by Sen. Marco Rubio. He gets it. He gets what America is about and can communicate it in such a way that it just might bring a few tears to your eyes. Man does he ever get it.
In this speech he talks about what actually makes America great and why it has everything to do with our faith and our creator. There were things he said that I wanted to cut out and post separately, but the speech just kept getting better and better to the point that by the time I hit the button to cut the speech it was over.
But he nails it in this speech, why God, our faith and our Judeo-Christian heritage is so important to this nation and why it represents the only path to prosperity for every American. And why it is the only reason why the individual is free in this country to pursue his or her dreams, regardless of what their last name is.
Rubio gets it on such a deep level that I believe he might just be the next Ronald Reagan to this country. I just hope he’s that ambitious because I want him in the oval office.
No doubt about it, this is a must watch:"

The Collectivist Conspiracy: Video
June 17, 2012
Alt-Market.com
By Brandon Smith
A very well done interview with G. Edward Griffin, who speaks on a subject which I believe is the absolute most vital and detrimental problem in our world today; collectivism, or, what some people call "Statism". This philosophy is marked by a distinctive and worshipful attitude towards the concept of government, no matter how corrupt, by the mindless masses. It leads to an abandonment of reason and compassion for the sake of a false assertion of "greater good"; a matter of opinion forced on the citizenry as if it is a matter of law.
Government is, in itself, an abstract creation. It is a product of men, often using the very arbitrary guidelines of a small handful of power elites who are ever present regardless of the era. Few governments have existed in history that defied the collectivist ideal of dominance; the early American Republic being one of them. This ultimate danger that must eventually be addressed is the centralization of societies to the benefit of a highly select few. The battle is NOT between left and right, Democrat or Republican, Communist or Fascist. The real battle is between the individual, and the state. The unique and free human being, versus the fraudulent hive mind of the Orwellian fold. The true fight is not only for the continuance of our country, our Constitution, or even our legacy; it is a war, a violent brawl to the death to decide whether the light of individualism, the source of all that is good and honorable, will be set free, or oppressed and extinguished. This fight is for the soul of man.
No pressure...

The ‘Lesser Of Two Evils’ Con-Game
June 13, 2012
Alt-Market.com
By Brandon Smith
The moral relativism of the “lesser of two evils” philosophy has been draining the heart and soul of America for decades. Many of us in the Liberty Movement understand that it is nothing new, and have come to expect the abusive and emaciated logic it entails from time to time. However, over the course of the past year it has become apparent to me that the talking points and propaganda that drive the hypocritical worldview are being utilized on an even grander scale than ever before. This fact struck me quite sharply while attending a local GOP Lincoln/Reagan dinner event while I was attempting to gauge the overall danger our country would be facing from potential RINO (Republican In Name Only) sellouts as well as what our hopes were for a possible political solution at the local and state level. The “conservative” rally was, to say the least, disappointing.
One thing that stood out plainly at this event, though, was that there was an overall template; an action plan, a message that had been pre-engineered. Someone had sent out a memo, or an email, or a guide, or perhaps beamed talking points directly into the cyborg brains of these political hacks. Their rhetoric was repetitive and uniform and dry like elbow skin. The demand was clearly stated; regardless of who won the Republican Primaries, no matter how unprincipled, how unconstitutional, how despicable, it was our “duty” as conservatives to back them through the national elections. Obama and the Democrats had to be defeated at all costs…
Now, one of the first tenets or rules that a person learns when delving into the Liberty Movement is that there is no such thing as political parties in America today. There are no conflicting interests in Washington D.C. There is no “grand battle” between left and right for the minds of the masses. It is a sham. A con. A fantasy. A false paradigm.
In reality, the leaderships of both fraudulent parties support essentially the same methodology, and that methodology could be summarized thus: Centralize everything, globalize everything, control everything, grow government power, reduce the effectiveness of the citizenry, turn the public against each other, rob them while they’re distracted. If an American does not understand this dynamic and how it is used to dominate the ebb and flow of our culture, then that American knows nothing. He is lost… Read More

What does it mean to be a business owner today in America? It means you take all the risk, put in all the effort. In return, you get the trophy of supporting all the people able to fill out paperwork, giving them entitlements and endless excuses to destroy their own destiny, along with ours.
My husband and I took a big risk eight years ago. We took all our money and invested in ourselves. We started our own business, and we put 10- to 15-hour days in, seven days a week, in order to make it a success...for eight years...nonstop...with no vacations...or even weekends off. Believe me: plenty of my friends thought this was foolish on our part. We missed out on many opportunities for fun. Why?
Because that is what successful Americans do. They work and work, to create something no one else has created before them. We also employ decent, hardworking people, who pay their taxes and contribute to society. These good people and members of society also function side by side with us as piggy banks for those who choose not to work.
We have seen repeatedly that people will choose unemployment even when handed a perfectly good job. My staff has had the phone conversations with people when we tried to hire them for $20 an hour. Our jobs require simple selling skills that can be honed anywhere and do not require even a high school diploma. We do ask that they dress in proper business attire and speak respectfully and acceptably to clients, but we do not ask for proof of education. We are also willing to train viable candidates for these positions. We have been turned down repeatedly when offering jobs to people who say they have found out that working violates their unemployment checks.
Darn right, it does! And before you decide that the job must be unacceptable for most, let me tell you that it is working in an elegant store with perfectly polite people and customers, with air-conditioning and heat aplenty, along with delicious food items within footsteps. Not exactly as hard as working in a mineshaft, or other truly tough jobs that people do every day.
When will one of our presidential candidates get it right? Stick up for the working people of America. Whether we are rich now, or hoping to become rich, that is America's promise. In our country, you get a fighting chance to be what you want to be. It's a fighting chance, not a handout. Not everyone will achieve his or her dreams. But you have the chance to do it. It requires extra effort.
Like many business owners, I went to public schools for my own education -- the same public education available to anyone in this country. We did nothing that any other ordinary citizen of American is deprived of the opportunity to do. We put in ridiculous hours of hard work. Why then must we support an endless stream of non-workers with the hours of my life we burned away to create a living and something for our children? And of course, when we die, the government gets to take half of all that hard-earned (previously taxed) money again.
We are created equal. When I was young, there were plenty of people who were convinced that I would not do anything significant with my life. It was voiced to me regularly as a young adult. Somehow I didn't believe that -- and that is exactly what the magic of the American spirit is all about.
It is time for a candidate who will show us all the way to succeed. Not cringe and hide from any discussion of wealth and opportunity. Wealth and opportunity are the name of the game, and we all want it! My company genuinely wants to see our employees move on to bigger and better things, either within our company or at another company if they move on. We make sure they have the skills to do that so they can create a better life for themselves.
Plenty of business owners all over the U.S. are doing the same thing. That should be the same attitude we see in our government. Instead, they cringe at any mention of wealth and go back to discussing entitlements. Entitlements are the path to destruction and despair. Let's not pretend any different any longer. We are not different sets of victims, all meant for self-destruction, poverty, and despair without government handouts. We are creating a world of co-dependent people scared to find out how powerful they can be if they only try.
And don't even get me started on presidential vacations. If I can go eight years without one, then they can, too. I understand a weekend or two off when you have a high-tension job. Certainly most of us business owners can't afford that ourselves, but we wouldn't begrudge it of our leader. However, I'd like to see our president treat this job with a little respect. Using up ten year's worth of vacation time while the country crumbles around you isn't inspirational. It smacks of that lack of respect created by the entitlement mentality, too! And I guess I know who is paying for that sense of entitlement...my fellow workers.
We have made this country great. Now stick up for us and our country, and give us someone we can vote for easily because we know he or she is cheering for success for all of us.

Once Upon A Time In America: Video
June 6, 2012

This video was produced by New America Now
An excellent video covering the birth of the American ideal, as well as its perversion and degradation over time. The Constitution is not, in itself, an invincible document. It does not provide freedom. However, the Constitution IS a constant reminder of the responsibilities we the people must undertake in order to preserve liberty. It is not the Constitution or the government which protects such rights, but the citizenry which is tasked with its own philosophical and moral prosperity. WE are the first and last line of defense against tyranny. The Constitution is not here to defend us; WE are here to defend the Constitution...

Ron Paul's 'Restore America Plan' Could Smash Federal Tyranny
June 4, 2012

Whatever you may believe about Ron Paul's chances for success in the coming Republican Primaries, one cannot deny his vital contribution to the Liberty Movement as a whole. This includes his efforts to bring substance to the debate over solutions for America's future. NO ONE has done more to force the truth on of the Federal Reserve and the Federal Government into the public eye than Ron Paul, and whether he wins, or loses, is ultimately unimportant in comparison. The following is a video by Cassandra Anderson of Morph City explaining Ron Paul's 'Save America Plan', which is the only practical step by step government reform program I have seen from any candidate that would actually have any effect on the course of our economy and our nation. Naysayers will call it extreme, but frankly, what do they think is going to happen if we DON'T take such action? There are "extreme" political measures, and then they are tyrannical and destructive political measures. Which would you choose...?

Bill Clinton says Mitt Romney qualified to run, defends Bain work
June 1, 2012
The Hill.com
Former President Bill Clinton on Thursday night became the latest surrogate for President Obama to stray from campaign talking points, saying GOP nominee Mitt Romney's business experience "crosses the qualification threshold."
In an interview on the Piers Morgan show on CNN, Clinton said the Obama campaign shouldn't spend its energy criticizing Romney's work at Bain Capital, an argument that has taken center stage in the debate over which candidate can better lead the U.S. economy.
"I don't think we ought to get into the position where we say, 'This is bad work. This is good work,' " Clinton told guest host Harvey Weinstein, a staunch Obama supporter who has helped raise millions of dollars for the president's reelection campaign.
"There's no question that in terms of getting up and going to the office and basically performing the essential functions of the office, a man who has been governor and had a sterling business career crosses the qualification threshold," he said.
