Texas may criminalize TSA pat-downs as molestation (opinion)

Texas is a fiercely independent-minded state, and it also turns out that Texans are tired of being sexually molested by government agents at the airport. That's why Texas State Congressman Rep. David Simpson decided to do something about it: He sponsored a bill which makes it a crime for security agents to touch "the anus, sexual organ, buttocks, or breast of another person," even though clothing.

Well, gee, then that basically scraps the entire TSA playbook of tyranny. If they can't touch your anus, sex organs and breasts, then I guess they'll just have to go back home and touch themselves instead. This is shaping up to be a highly entertaining showdown between Texas-minded freedom and federal government tyrants masquerading as security officers. I can't wait to see a group of Texas Sheriffs marching in to the airport, arresting TSA agents, and throwing them in the local jail for touching the crotch of a 3-year-old baby while they were checking for poop bombs.  Read More
